We attach a fixing channel to the rear of the flat aluminium panels, using a flush finish riveting system. This allows the sign maker to then apply vinyl or graphics to the smooth panel without any bumpy rivet heads. Large panels can be manufactured to suit any size by using the interlocking fixing channel. This technique enables the panels to be stacked on top of each other to create the required size. You can also rely on us for the supply of factory fitted channelled panels that are either mill finished or powder coated.
The powder coating is done after fixing the channel so that the rivet heads are the same as the standard RAL or BS colours.
