Aluminium Sign Blanks With Fixing Channel for Post Mounting

Fixing channel is attached to the rear of flat aluminium blanks using a flush rivet system. Vinyl or graphics can then be applied to the smooth panel face without protruding rivet heads.

Large panels can be manufactured to almost any size using interlocking fixing channel. This enables panels to be stacked on top of each other in different layers to create the required size.

Factory fitted channelled panels can be supplied mill finished or powder coated to most standard RAL or BS colours after fixing channel has been applied so as the rivet heads are the same colour.

Pre-channelled panels can be supplied with square or radius corners and are designed to accept a wide range of different sized fixing clips for post mounting.
